   主滑块采用“V”形设计，两侧斜压板采用合金钢，经严格热处理，故能保证在长期高速运作下的精密度与稳定性。切断机构有采用单“S”凸轮导板机构，其中心与切刀筒中心一致，可达到稳固的剪短功能。退产机构采用电脑设计，加工的齿轮可达到退料快速平稳的目的。夹钳传动机构采用行星齿轮结构，可严格控制钳夹的翻转、平移、可达到准确平稳送料的功能。
   本设备配有气动制系统，自动故障检测系统及安全保护装置，产生故障自动停机、调试方便，人机安全。
