ZD47多工位自动冷镦机

ZD47多工位自动冷镦机采用张闭式夹钳传送工件，每把夹钳张闭时间可单独调整；采用整圆套筒切刀，切口平整。主要动作机构（切断，凹模推出，送料等）的传动采用连杆形式；满足大盘圆送料6带搓丝机构，实现螺栓，螺钉从切断，镦锻至搓丝一条线自动化生产；第三工位的凹模推出适用于切边工艺或镦锻工艺，变换调整方便；每个工位均有冲头推出机构，并可分为单独调整；具有气动控制的离合器和制动器，使主电机在无负荷下启动，寸动灵活，调试机床时方便，停机时主滑块自动停止后止点。
