技术特色

该机的电气系统由可逻辑控制器PLC、接触器、变频器、伺服系统、电机以及各种检测传感器组成。控制器采用施耐德M218系列，施耐德M218 PLC体积小、速度快、标准化，具有串口通信能力，功能强，可靠性高。

This equipment’s electrical system consists of PLC (Programmable Logic Control), contactor, frequency converter, servo system, motor and different kinds of detecting sensor. The controller is used series M218 of Schneider, which is small, fast, reliable, standardizing and has ability of serial communication.

设备的操作模式

Equipment’s Operation Mode

主机有自动和手动两种工作方式，通过扳动“自动/手动”进行选择。

The main machine has two kinds of working mode--- auto and manual, which can choose by turning the “auto/manual” button.

1手动模式

Manual Mode

单独操作主机设备的每一个动作，便于操作人员的产品调整和设备维护。

Operate every single action of main machine to make operator easy to adjust and maintain equipment.

2自动模式

Auto Mode

按照固有的程序进行自动循环，操作者只需要上料、下料即可。

Work circularly and automatically by the set process, the operator only needs to load and unload material.

联动/单动

single/linkage

主机和自动上料机构有联动和单动两种工作方式，通过扳动“联动/单动”进行选择。

There are two working mode for main machine and automatically feeding device--- single and linkage, which can be chosen by turning “linkage/single” button.

单动模式

single mode

在自动模式下，只有打印和卷圆机、压平机自动循环，不含上料机构。

Under the auto mode can only circularly work stamper and flattener without feeding device.

联动模式

linkage mode

在自动模式下，在打印和卷圆机自动循环中增加自动上料功能，工人只需将料垛放在送料小车上即可。

Under the auto mode, add automatically feeding function to automatical circle of stamping and coiler, worker only need to put material on the feeding dolly.

语言切换

Language

按下“语言切换”后显示如上图，进行中英文切换。

Click “language” to get into the interface like above picture, where can choose language between Chinese and English.
